The plot thickens. After using policy spy some clients have a scope ID but not
a assignment ID under CCM_CIAssocations for the user. Does anybody know why
this happens?

Subject: User Policy Cycle SCCM 2012 R2

Hi
I suspect the user policy cycle is not running on my clients. This is
preventing some supercedance for some user applications. Anybody know which log
file and/or what could be preventing this. Machine policy seems fine we
supercede java, shockwave fine. If I manually initiate the schedule in the
control panel applet the cycle runs and the application supercedes.

Thanks in advance for any help.
