The compliance packs have effectively been replaced by the baselines available
in Security Compliance Manager (which is a free download). From SCM, you can
export any of the included baselines from direct import into ConfigMgr.

I think the only packs available are one 2012 pack for sccm 2012 compliance,
and the 2007 links that can still be downloaded and used in 2012.

For anything new, you'd probably have to use SCM (Security Compliance Manager)
to export them as 2007 packs that also work for 2012. That’s all I know of,
hope that helps.
