Yes, Adaptiva can do that easily and is actually pretty easy to implement as 
well.

By using Adaptiva OneSite you don't have a dedicated machine acting as a DP in 
your locations, but use a kind of P2P functionality and "every" machine in your 
location can act as a PXE point and DP. You get rid of all your ConfigMgr 
servers in your remote locations with this.
