There are a bunch of apps already in the Azure app catalog, but you'll be able to (eventually) add your own apps.
RemoteApp, though, is the client piece for iOS, Mac OS X, Windows, and Android. RemoteApp is more of a client piece, with app publishing done in Azure. So, you won't see RemoteApp in the console, but instead, you'll need to publish some apps, and then install the RemoteApp client on the devices.
