BITS Service started when ccmsetup ran (via client push from CM console) and service is set manual. I saw this as a potential work-around http://teacheritblog.wordpress.com/2013/08/07/configmgr-client-install-bits-error-on-windows-7-sccm/ but it did not work for me. Ideas? Other work-arounds?
