If you are installing the client manually (if I understand what you mean by that), then you aren't referencing anything that happens to be on the original installation media, the iso, at all. or at least I hope you aren't. You are using whatever client version is on your Primary site.

So, to answer your question... it's a folder with the name of "CLIENTUPGRADE". That's it. that's all it is.
