*Windows Firewall Requirements* http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682180.aspx In a nutshell, you need the required ports open on Windows Firewall and the account used for Client-push needs to be in the local admin group on every PC to which you want to deploy the client. Also, if the admin$ share is not accessible, client push will fail.
