Any file types in the package blocked by IIS filtering?

Thanks Daniel, I'll have a look at the IIS logs. The CAS log just shows the
following over and over again:
<![LOG[Location update from CTM for content STL0009D.1 and request
{9C0E61E3-C122-4888-BBF6-9214E5FA6234}]LOG]!><time="14:42:59.544+300"
date="05-28-2014" component="ContentAccess" context="" type="1" thread="6336"
file="downloadcontentrequest.cpp:969">
<![LOG[Download request only, ignoring location
update]LOG]!><time="14:42:59.544+300" date="05-28-2014"
component="ContentAccess" context="" type="1" thread="6336"
file="downloadcontentrequest.cpp:983">

The odd part is, if I look in the cash folder on the local client some of the
package has made it there, I can see some of the Mappoint installer folders.
So, I had the user clear the cash using the control panel applet. And it
cleared it, accept for the Mappoint installer of course. So I'm confused as to
if it can see it enough to start the download, why not just finish it. I'll
see if perhaps it is trying to grab a file with an odd name or something like
that and IIS is throwing an error, that may answer things.

2.1 isnt bad ,we have deployed 8GB packages before.

I would check your IIS filters for BITS hanging, maybe file path limits, or
special characters in the files.

What does CAS.log show?

Subject: [mssms] Anyone ran into issues deploying Mappoint 2013 through SCCM?

Hi:
        Has anyone out there ran into issues deploying Mappoint 2013 through
SCCM? This is SCCM 2007R2 in our case. I've got some clients that just seem
to refuse to download the package from the distribution point. It is on the DP
I've confirmed that, and the client sees its there, the client just never
completes the download. I can push out other packages to the same client and
it downloads them fine, and I've got clients attached to other DPs that have
successfully downloaded and ran the installer. Mappoint is one of the largest
packages I've ever distributed through SCCM, 2.1GB, and I'm wondering if that's
not bringing out some issues we wouldn't see with smaller packages?
Thanks.
Ryan
