[mssms] Software Metering, "Last Used" date is "NULL"

Trying to setup automatic SW uninstall collections in SCCM 2012 R2. I want to 
uninstall SW not used in x amount of days.

When looking into the data in the DB, I can see that around 20% of the 
computers returned by the query, has a "Last Used" date of "NULL".

Data is pulled from "v_MonthlyUsageSummary".

Anyone has an idea why that is?
