Can’t you do this with power management? Configure an out of business hours power plan that will shut down the pc after 5 minutes of inactivity? Then apply this policy to a query-based collection of only intranet clients.
Do you want to forcibly shutdown pcs at say 10pm?what if someone is working late? If you really want to run a pc shutdown script then I would use powershell with remoting or something equally elegant, not necessarily configmr.
