Might work:
http://www.moyerteam.com/2012/11/powershell-configmgrreset-machine-policy/
followed with cleanup and a request:
([wmiclass]'ROOT\ccm:SMS_Client').TriggerSchedule('{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000040}')
([wmiclass]'ROOT\ccm:SMS_Client').TriggerSchedule('{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000021}')
Basically, what ClientCenter does when you "reset policy"; but it sounded like
you didn't want to do that 1 by 1...

Hi, I have need to erase the slate for local policies on windows 7

Is there a simple way to make the cm client re-write the valid local policy
information after deleting %systemdrive%\windows\system32\grouppolicy ?
Healthcheck does not appear to re-write it and re-running ccmsetup does not
appear to re-write it.
