I'm having issues with 3 administrative users that we have defined. I am trying to remove some of the security roles that they are currently assigned, but even as Full Administrator, I don't have the option to remove the role.
I can add new security roles and delete these, but not existing roles. Also, with these users, I cannot change anything on the Security Scope tab for their account. I wanted to delete the user and re-add them, but I don't have the option to delete the user either. On these 3 accounts, if I add a new role, I get the following: But on the administrative users where I do have "full control", when I go to add a new security role I get: I am seeing this in the hman.log file on the primary site server: Failed : Sync SMS Admins group memberships status : -1 , last error : 0 Has anyone seen this issue before? I'm not sure why I'm getting different options when I go to add a security role. These administrative users were created a few months ago and I have not had an issue modifying security roles for them until the last week.
