Third this. We looked at this space pretty heavy last years, and went with patchmypc. Solar winds had some additional functionality that was nice, like automatically creating uninstall packages, but just couldn't justify a 10x difference in price.

Didn’t use it with its native capabilities to enhance WSUS itself. That being said it worked great, puts the patches right into ConfigMgr where we can use our existing reports. I didn’t do much with their dashboards.
