We use Solarwinds (eminentware) strictly for 3rd party patching, no issues, nice reports. The one item I really like about them, if security sees a new app to be vulnerable, I normally call in and they update the catalog with the vendor and application to be added into the product.
Granted, there are more hoops to go through since Solwarwinds acquired eminentware, but I'm ok with that.
