Packages are not relevant in this as they are just source for the
assigned(deployed) update groups. It may impact you if you have more than one
deployment with deadlines though. You may be suppressing one and be getting
prompted from another.

Subject: [mssms] Prompts for Windows updates prompt every 2 minutes

I am setting up my Software Updates portion, and I have deployed updates to a
test collection, I made them required with a dead line of one week, the test
collection is receiving the updates fine. However, if they click "Remind Me
Later" they will get the prompt again 2 minutes later. I checked the Computer
Agent settings and it is set to remind every 48 hours when more than 24 hours
out, 4 hours when less then 24 hour hours out and, every 15, when less then 1
hour from deadline. Are these the correct setting that set this or are those
located in a different section. I also don't know if it matters but I do have
multiple packages, a total of 6 for all the necessary updates (XP thru 8.1,
Office 2003 thru 2013), would each package be prompting?

I am running SCCM 2012 R2.

Mark
