You should be able to handle all of this with OSD.

I was hoping there wasn't this same type of problem as there was with the 
Surface 2. The Surface 2 I needed to log into Windows and uninstall all 
firmware updates before PXE would work.

Now with the Surface 3 I need to load into Windows and update the firmware? 
Sheesh, M$ own products are such a pita.

Did you do the firmware updates before imaging it up? The SP3 I got last week 
was the first real tablet we imaged, and it took about the same as everything 
else does.  I wasn't watching it that closely though.

So we just received the Surface Pro 3 today and I tried to OSD it and WOW. The 
download speed of the WIM/OS etc takes about 3 to 5 times longer. Nothing has 
changed with how we OSD since the Surface 2.

I know these are really new and probably not much info yet, but has anyone come 
across this yet?
