Technically, that’s not true – even with the Windows 8.1 Update ADK, you’ll 
still be using Windows PE 5.0 unless you manually apply the Windows 8.1 Update 
to the Windows PE 5.0 boot image.

If you are using the Windows 8.1 ADK, its WinPE 5.0.

If you are using the Windows 8.1 Update ADK, its WinPE 5.1.
