It should automatically add the boot image to PXE server.  You can validate by 
looking in the RemoteInstall\SMSImages dir on the distribution point, there 
should be a folder with the PackageID of each boot image you checked that box 
for.

I have a boot Image package and it is distributed to all the remote 
distribution points.

Now we found that the required check box "Deploy this boot image from the 
PXE-enabled Distribution Point" is not taken...


If I have taken now do I need to update all the distribution points again?
