I updated my Os image. So far I have tried 3 different pcs in the deployment and it sites at downloading 0%. It's been this way for several hours now. I looked at the locationservices.log and dp was found. Not sure why this is happening other than I just updated the OS image, but I used this same OS for a pxe boot installation and the same task sequence worked fine. Just the deployment seems to be having issues downloading to windows xp. I appreciate any help I get on this as I am stuck too as to what is causing this. Thanks.
