That is actually the article I sued as a reference.  I am setting those
properties in the Setup Windows and ConfigMgr step, but I am not getting a
5MB log file.  It rolls over at 1MB even though I am setting it to 5MB.

It's always possible I missed something in the article you referecend, so I
will review it again.
