Business hours?  No.  Because theoretically, you are moving to more 
user-centric computing, and this is one way to give some level of control to 
your end users; of course it all depends on how you deploy things; you could 
deploy things in a manner that the end user has no desire to try to leverage 
business hours.

Remember, Business Hours is NOT Maintenance Windows.  You (the admin) still set 
Maintenance Windows (or Service windows, whatever you want to call them).

If you haven't yet had a chance to wrap your head around business hours vs. 
maintenance windows (since you are still on cm07; and just haven't thought that 
far ahead yet), here's a good explanation:
