Subject says it all. I've tried nicing the ccmexec.bin, building a service
script with cronjobs to perform various client maintenance tasks to prevent
what I thought was causing this but I'm stumped. The logs indicate its just
parsing the omi data for shipping back to the MP, but it will ping a single CPU
at 100% for an hour at times.

It runs high even on a normal policy update, but if its receiving or prepping
inventory it tanks. This behavior is exhibited mostly on MySQL boxes and some
of our apps boxes running python 2.6. I say mostly because I've only seen it
there, but devs swear its everywhere (even if nagios says otherwise). I'll
probably need to just take this problem to MS, but figured I'd try here first.
