Sorry to resurrect an old post, but I'm having this same issue. I see KB291442 in my WSUS console but it is not synchronizing to Configuration Manager. I have Windows 8.1 selected with Critical Updates, Security Updates, and Updates for synchronization but no dice. Am I missing something?
