I can see the saved searches which are saved by others and they can see which 
are created by me.Seems like if they have access to the particular node let say 
,software updates with full permissions(Control via RBA),they can see all. 1. 
Create test user /use existing one ,and provide full access to specific node 
(Ex: software updates or applications etc) .Create saved search ,check if they 
can see the saved search or not . 2. this time ,Restrict access and check if 
they can see it or not.
