Hi All,
In our SCCM 2012 R2 environment we have decided to use SCUP. We
have set it up and its working can publish updates and machines are requesting
them and can be downloaded using the console into deployment packages...

However trying to set up a Automatic Deployment Rule, to find these patches and
download them we have hit an issue.

We have set the ADR to use a Proxy for downloading patches (as is needed to get
to the internet) however there is no way (that I know of) to tell it to not use
proxy for internal server (which is where locally published updates end up)

We were thinking that the Proxy server would be the one that should direct
requests to Internet or local however that does not seem to be the case.

We have for the sake of troubleshooting we have done the following :

* Set ADR to not use Proxy - All local patches can then be downloaded
but nothing from the Net

* Set ADR to use Proxy - All local patches fail to download but patches
from the Net works.

* Used NetSh winhttp 'Set Proxy "proxyserver" bypass="*.our.domain"
(did not make a difference)

*         E-mailed 'Lists.myitforum.com' - results not in :)

I'm kind of hoping it's something super simple thing that I have missed.

Thanks
