I've got a strange problem with a management point that looks like it has been going on since early June. This is our CM07 environment and the server is running 2008 R2.
When I browse to the $servername/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist page I get a 500 error from IIS about half the time. Looking at mpcontrol.log and there are occasionally error messages like this: Call to HttpSendRequestSync failed for port 80 with status code 500, text: Internal Server Error And a few minutes later it'll be successful: Call to HttpSendRequestSync succeeded for port 80 with status code 200, text: OK Back and forth it goes... I don't know what would cause to be so sporadic, but it's impacting clients ability to receive policy, etc. We already tried re-installing the MP and IIS. Verfied IIS Settings/pre-reqs are installed.
