We saw similar delays, if I remember correctly the processing happens local to
the machine. We recently moved to SSDs from spindle drives and the time was cut
¼.

Subject: [mssms] Delay opening Query Statement Properties dialog

We are running SCCM 2012 SP1 CU 3 (5.0.7804.1400). I'm wondering if you are
seeing the same issue we are when editing query rule properties in the Admin
console. We are seeing a 40 to 60 second delay after we select Edit Query
Statement before the Query Statement Properties dialog opens. In SCCM 2007 it
would open much faster.

For example:

1. Create Device Collection

2. Add Query rule

3. Edit Query Statement on Query Rule Properties dialog

4. Wait a minute

5. Then the Query Statement Properties dialog open

Are others seeing a similar delay in the SCCM 2012 Admin Console when editing
query statements?
