[MDT-OSD] MDT USMT scripts

I’m working with a sample task sequence from 1E for use with Nomad.  There are 
some references to two scripts in the MDT Toolkit that I do not see as part of 
the default MDT 2013 Toolkit package:

ZTIUserStateEstimate.wsf
ZTIReadEstimateXML.wsf

Does anyone know where these scripts can be found?
