We honestly do not do any regression testing ourselves, but a few things that come to mind.
Cache Resize? Test App-V apps, both cached locally and streamed. Also test VDI, or any special scenarios you have where you may use SMSCACHESIZE or SMSCACHEFLAGS. CU install or major upgrade? Test software distribution with packages, apps, and task sequence. Test software updates. Test compliance. Test successful policy retrieval. You may want to just run a client health script out there, I think Eswar just sent one out yesterday.
