It looks like it comes from an agreement that precedes Microsoft combining them all into one "System Center" license. ALNG is All language I believe, MVL = Volume License, LicSapk is single language I think. It doesn't make any sense. What I would do is plug the product code (J3A-00167) into CDW and see what comes up. I know the System Center Datacenter includes all of the suite.
