Not if the appropriate option is selected in the dialog page below - these will truly, as the dialog states, suppress the reboots. Of course, make sure you also have automatic updates disabled in group policy otherwise the WUA will restart the compater.

Even after the deadline is reached. Basically we just want the updates to install and the computer will just restart whenever the user does it.
