If you’re just changing the password for a Client Push Account that’s already configured, I believe you can use the Set-CMAccount Powershell cmdlet to set the password for that account. Otherwise, you will need to use the New-CMAccount cmdlet to create the account, then use the Set-CMClientPushInstallation cmdlet with the –ChosenAccount argument to set it to the account you created.
