I always advise customers not to use the database for any other reason beyond Configmgr and susdb, normally through common sense rather than licencing. I've reviewed the SQL Server requirements section of the ConfigMgr supported configurations documentation and it states Windows auth is required but I just want confirm there won't be any issues by having both SQL and windows auth enabled.
