are you sure that, there are no errors from
locationservices.log,clientlocation.log ? if all looks fine on the client
side, next is to check on the server side why it is not registered.check
MP_RegistrationManager.log for the client registry.if the log overwrites ,you
can try to Re-register the client using the tool http://sccmcat.codeplex.com/
and monitor the MP_RegistrationManager.log .

Did you check clientidstartmanager.log if the client is the registered or not
with management point. Also check if the client is in provision mode or not.

Subject: [mssms] Client Health Remediation

Hi Everyone,

We are in SCCM 2007 environment and As of my part I am remediating the client
health.
Three of my clients are showing "No in client column" even though those are
healthy.
I checked in Location services.log, client location.log, Data transfer
service.log, and ccmsetup.log Everything fine. And those are in boundaries also.

We initiate the WMI Repair. After that also the issue Remains Same.

Now I want to get back those into "Client Yes". what shall I do now
