Hello Colleagues I have still SCCM 2007(migration just needs 2 months more). All the site servers have w2k8r2. Last time I was given W2012R2 server which has to be used in one of the remote location to provide DP and SUP. I have installed WSUS via Roles, and then SUP from SCCM Console in SUPSetup.log I see <12-17-2014 16:32:25> Supported WSUS Server version is not installed. Please install WSUS 3.0 SP1 Server or above.
I know it is generally not supported and that role of WSUS I have now (4.0) is not 3.0 Sp1(which is supporte by that version of SCCM) but is it possible at all to force SUP(SCCM 2007) to use WSUS(W2012R2). Best regards, Mariusz Zarzycki
