I try to match exactly the publisher, title and version as shown in Programs
and Features. Since we can't have duplicate application names, sometimes I
will include the version in the application title, but not in the application
catalog localized application name.

Attached is a taste of what I do.
* I fill in Publisher (which, strangely, is "Manufacturer" when looking at a
list of Applications in the console).
* I include the Application name and version in the Name field, with a few
exceptions. I *don't* include the version number in the Application Catalog
Localized application name.
* I put the version in the Version field.
Java is a funny one. I use, for example, "Java 8 Update 25" for the name and
"8.0.250" (the version in the MSI) for the version.
