Using SCCM 2012R2 CU3 with restricted access to the console. I am seeing the following behaviour when monitor content distribution via Content Status:
I have a number of application packages that seem to be perpetually in a state of Waiting for Content for a number of DPs. Last Status time shows as 12/2/2014 with a detail message stating: *the content files for package C0100255 have not yet arrived from the source site C01. Distribution Manager will try again later to distribute the content.* Those DPs that are onsite with the Primary always successfully receive distributed content. I am wondering what log file is best to monitor content distribution, especially queued jobs, as I don’t have access to the Distribution Point Job Queue Manager. I am thinking that all are set to medium priority and one package is too big that it cannot complete in the window provided. What log can confirm my suspicions? Thanks for your assistance! George
