What is strange is that our 2012 environment is reporting fine... and the 2007 environments on two different networks show the same behavior. We have a very complex patching model spanning 15 days..

If the clients haven't ran a software update scan, they won't know when they don't have yet. I get that a lot if I check updates right after they are released. I give it 24-48 hours before I check. Plus it gives Microsoft time to pull back the ones that don't work. We don't deploy them until the 3rd Saturday anyways.
