I'm experiencing the same issue as mentioned in the article below. I deleted a deployment a while back, but some computers still see it in Software Center. I've reinstalled the ConfigMgr client, deleted cache, updated machine policy, etc., still shows up. The systems will download the old (now non-existent) application files, even though I've completely redesigned the app and the files no longer are the same.
This article says to remove the MP role and re-add it.
