We are in the process of doing some server upgrades on our remote distribution points. These DPs have legacy style packages with the custom share names setup. The problem is that when I we remove the distribution point role the packages are still on the machine. We have tried deleting the content from the content tab and waiting 24 hours with no luck as well. Has anyone else seen this on remote DPs? Also, don't know if it is part of the cause but we use mostly pull dps.
