Could be that you are too fast to try out after updating the PackageID (new version) for the TS policy to regenerate, depending on how busy your Site Server is.

Content is available on a distribution point http://<SCCM2012DP>/SMS_DP_SMSPKG$/C1200038<http://%3cSCCM2012DP%3e/SMS_DP_SMSPKG$/C1200038>) Doubled checked that the boundary group to appended to a boundary which is pointing to the dp. What could be causing the issues.
