The easiest way to fix this is to uninstall Flexera and install any other product. :-)
That is the sloppiest code I've ever used in any production environment in my close to 20 years in IT. You can avoid this error by disabling the content validation feature though. Of course you likely want to use that feature and it did at one time work but since Flexera bought them who knows if it does or not.
