MDT 2012 Update 1 supports Configuration Manager 2007 and Configuration Manager 2012 releases. Fully automated zero touch installation deployments by utilizing System Center Configuration Manager and Windows deployment tools. Hi, I’m trying to get our image working with Mcafee Encryption. The newer versions instructions are failing, I believe because it is built for SCCM 2012 MDT 2012 update 1 Windows assessment and Deployment Kit version 4.0. My question is – can I install MDT 2012 update 1 and Windows assessment and deployment kit and use those to manipulate the WIM outside of SCCM? I’m hoping that will let me follow their instructions and then I can just deploy that.
