Have you checked that *.vbs isn’t blocked in IIS? Check
c:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv\Config\applicationHost.config

No it wasn't antivirus.
I have since been sent an email directly telling me what the problem was. When
an app-v package is imported into ConfigMgr only the content needed for the
app-v package will get replicated to the distribution points, not all content
in the source folder.

Hi Paul

There are no error in the logs. It seems that none of the vb scripts in the
app-v source package are being replicated to the DPs

I have looked using the content file explorer and not all the content is there

Yes the DP will host the content. Check content library explorer and confirm
the content is on the DP.

Hi Jerry

Yes, I have checked that. There are also some folders missing as well. Is an
App-V package treated the same way as a normal package for a normal
application, where SCCM replicates the whole of the source to the DP?

Did you check the script in the content source to be sure it is not “blocked”?

Subject: [mssms] App-V and SCCM

Hey guys

I have sequenced an application with App-V 4.6, the when the application is run
it fires off a script. The problem I now have is that when SCCM distributes the
App-V package it doesn't distribute the script so it is not there when the
application is executed. Any ideas?
