That is not popping up for me.  I get an error like this, then it just closes:

I did find a script in the program file, Configure Tools.ps1, which does bring 
up that configuration window you show.  I set the location for psexec, chose 
Save, and it still gives me the above error.  Not sure why it's not actually 
saving it.

If you perform an action on a collection you can configure the tools by 
clicking file in the menu

If you right click on a device and under Console Tools choose Interactive 
Command Prompt, it'll look for psexec and fail and then pop up a configuration 
window giving you the ability to point it to psexec. I know theres another way 
but that's how I got there.
