You could migrate as much as possible between the two sites. We do that to move things between our development and production sites.
The package sources will need to be cleaned up but you can use PowerShell to do that easily enough. I’m not positive just what can and cannot be migrated. The other problem will be the package IDs will all be from the original site. It won’t be the prettiest but it will at least get you going.
