When looking at the compliance for Office 2010 SP2, we are getting a lot of machines showing as ‘Not Required’ for the update. It’s about 2/3 of our estate which is odd because all of the machines have Office 2010, so they should ‘require’ it or be compliant.
Some of the machines are showing as ‘complaint’, and a few ‘unknown’ so it is working on some machines. Has anyone seen this before, or know why this is likely to be?
