Check the logs in SSRS (mine are on the reporting server in Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles, YMMV), it should give you some more details about what is failing.
Also, have you tried running it directly from SQL Server Management Studio?
