SCCM 2012 R2 CU2 Single site/server. One, maybe more, I'm not sure yet, 2008 R2 client server won't download and install any updates in its OS Update deployment, that is created by ADR.

BITS and DTS appear to work, the client downloads SCEP definitions from another deployment successfully. There are no hung jobs of any kind. I've removed and reinstalled the client a couple of times. I've redownloaded the content for the deployment and redistributed the content on the server. The CIAgent.log entry "CI policy missing for a dependency of root CI" seems telling, but I can't find any info on the dependencies of "Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 for x64-based Systems (KB954430)" assuming that it's the root CI it talks about. Anybody have any ideas where to go next with this? There's not much on the web past what I've posted here from other people. :( Is this really a call to MS?
