Ditto.  If you don't have a good firewall and/or content filter it may not
be a good replacement because it isn't that great at certain web-based
things but it is just fine at getting your typical low-handing fruit.
We've used it for almost two years and really haven't had any issues.
We're saving a lot of money by using it....
